I don't think you would notice the holes if you left the LED's out.
Here are details on the replacement LED's being used. The holes in the rails need to be opened a little bit to 11mm (7/16").
They work great, and the install and wiring is pretty straight forward.Search the forum "Roam LED"...
Has anyone added a bug screen to keep bugs out of the radiator?
I have seen some do an open mesh in the grill, but openings seem to big to stop bugs.
I guess three criteria needed for a bug screen:
1. stop bugs from hitting radiator
2. don't impede airflow and cooling
3. easy to remove and...
I second the ROAM frame mounted rails. They look great, nice step area, strong - bolting into 4 places on the frame, in step LED's connected to the courtesy lights are cool.

I am having the same loud fan problem. It only bothers me when I am at a drive-thru window. I need to shut the jeep off to hear a word they are saying. I would figure ESS would kick in when stopped in the driver thru, but it never has.
It also may have something to do with the AC...

For passenger side I did the same...
My recent experience:
Bought JLU from dealer in AZ in May of 2019
Financed through dealer
As he was going over the details, I asked about prepayment - he said "no you need to keep it at least 6 months".
I thought that sucks, but I want the Jeep now, and I can manage the payments.
My plan was...
