Love the bull bar and lights. Very nice! Brand/link?
  2. 285/75/r17 on stock JL Sport

    Totally agree

So, just checking, did you just get these? I remember you were debating a few months back. I love my Toyo AT3's. Rig is looking very nice.
  4. Sarge Green Willy’s

Late to the table, but can I share mine? '21 Willys but with 285/75/17 Toyo's
  5. SARGE GREEN Wrangler JL Club

The red hair goes well with Sarge Green. Cute little lady there.
  6. JL Softtop + Roof rack possible?

Yeah, this is a gorgeous design.
  7. SARGE GREEN Wrangler JL Club

What steps and lights do you recommend for old guys that haven't retired yet like me? BTW, your rig looks great!
  8. 285/75/r17 on stock JL Sport

So you finally got the Toyos? That looks great. What pressure are you running?
  9. 285/70/17 vs 285/75/17

I went through a similar process but with my '21 Willys. I wanted a meaner look and to "fill up" my wheel well. Go to https://tiresize.com/comparison for tire size comparisons. These are unloaded numbers and the height will be a little less under load. The site also gives you theoretical...
  10. Wifi speed

So would appreciate thoughts on why Uconnect sometimes drops contact favorites. I need to start watching my pattern of connecting my phone, but it gets old having to re-enter favorites.
  11. Wifi speed

Agree. With the hundreds of car rentals I've had in the last two years, I've yet to have any unit do a wireless android auto.
  12. Wifi speed

Have you tried a wireless Android Auto connection? Could you use Waze wirelessly? I'm asking because (1) I lose my favorite contacts when I plug in my phone through the USB randomly which is irritating and (2) I'm watching TV with my wife and my wife is tired of me playing with my new Jeep.
  13. Willys Edition JL Club Thread

To me, it depends upon order of upgrades. For me, Moab rims, 285/75/17 Toyo AT3, no modification whatsoever. Once you put your lift on, you'll want the bigger tires anyway. Purely opinion.
  14. 285/75/r17 on stock JL Sport

    No, purely a tire change
  15. Willys Edition JL Club Thread

Just found this thread (I think). Hope you don't mind if I jump in . . .

Knel6 - here are more pictures. The last one is off the lot with the Firestones. Oh, yeah, and it was clean and sunshine was brighter. Forgot to mention that I had the front windows tinted which I think makes it look better.

Stock height still. No rubbing. No noticeable power loss and speedo is off may 2 mph. Not enough for me to worry about personally. Switched from the stock Firestone Destination MT2 (255/75/17) to the Toyo AT3's (285/75/17) at the urging of some new friends on this Forum and couldn't be happier...
  18. 285/75/r17 on stock JL Sport

The 285/75/17s look and feel great!
  19. 285/75/r17 on stock JL Sport

Wasn't watching him but based on the dirt on the bumper, it was too deep in the bucket. I'll check it out tomorrow. Tire pressure was in the 38 psig range.

Understood and agree Black Jeep Convertible. Just asking because for everyone on this forum that says you don't need to use spacers or lifts for the 285/85/17, I can find 10 that say otherwise. Now, before the naysayers jump in, please understand that this is my DD and I don't plan on anything...
