looks like I have a leak. Not sure if it's the oil pan or transmission. Any had to deal with this? Hopefully warranty takes care of it.
Edit: I believe it's an oil leak. I'm think possibly the oil cooler.
Well, my rear will lock but the front won't. They definitely bent a pin or pinched the harness on the front. I'm dropping it off right now with them. Fingers crossed it's an easy fix.
I did try clearing the codes but they pop back up right away. I tried turning the lockers on in my driveway only and it was hard to tell if they engaged or not. The lights just blinked for a couple seconds and stopped. Off Road Pages now states they are always locked since the service axle light...
I showed them the warning message and light on the dash before I pulled out of there. They crawled under and inspected but couldn't find anything wrong. They said they will do some research and get back to me. I'm just not optimistic they will deal with it properly. I'm also going on a hunting...
Had my lift installed yesterday and when I picked it up, the service axle locker warning light was on. I'm thinking they bent a pin or stretched the harness during install? The DTCM code is C144D-15. I know these JL's have issues with the sensors but mine has worked flawlessly for over 40K...
Been having an issue since last summer with how hot my Jeep runs. Last summer it overheated a couple times. Dealer couldn't find anything wrong with it. Since I live in Canada and it has been cool, I haven't had any issues. However, it idles around 220F plus. Only time I hear the fan kick into...
Last time I was in any mud was over a year ago. I wasnāt in very much at all. It did over heat once but after I pulled the fan and cleaned the rad it has been fine until last week. Used AC condenser cleaner to clean the rad.
well, vehicle idles at 220. As soon as I turn the front defrost on it drops rapidly to 185 and same with the oil temps. I guess that narrows it down to Thermostat or water pump. The only time the fan kicks into high speed is when the AC or heater is on.
I thought about the thermostat but that wouldnāt explain why am I oil temps are getting so high either with the water pump?
There is a ticking noise though.
