I think you may have taken that wrong.
I am not hating on the Sahara trim, though it is generally considered more Posh and as such kind of understood the dash on that trim and was surprised to see it on the Sport.
if you are a Sahara owner that takes the top/doors off then that dash its not...
Yup, would not want that dash.
Its fine for a Sahara who never takes the top off and runs with the windows up & AC on.
Hope that is some kind of "upgrade" and not the standard with a Sport S or Willys
Interesting.
My 2021 80th Gladiator looks just the same as your top photo and while it drips less than our Wrangler as it has the other items in this TSB, it still drips.
I will see about getting mine warrantied when I bring it in for the ESS battery/issues.
I wonder if you can just loosen...
FWIW I took the fix done here with a bicycle wire and created an easier to install (on the Black Diamond) and adjust z clip version.
https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/how-to-adjust.73346/page-2
I took it in a little different direction and tried to recreate the z clip.
I used a...
Add me to the list who would really like a split rear seat in the 2 door.
Ours came out the first day and has not been back in.
However if it was a split truly 2 piece seat, one side would probably be in often.
Two smaller/lighter seats also would allow for more storage options of the seats.
Thanks for coming up with this fix.
I took it in a little different direction and tried to recreate the z clip.
I used a pop rivet.
I made a couple, getting better at it and ending up with one that was almost identical to the original size and bends.
The black diamond top is probably stiffer...
FWIW we just had our 2nd aux battery replaced under warranty (3 batteries now since new).
Just about 1 year ago had the original replaced after a few months of seeing "Stop/Start Unavailable, battery is charging" all the time and the ESS not working.
About 2 months or so ago I noticed the ESS...
I am not sure about the T-handle ones, but I am not happy with the lessor expensive GP-Star LITE ones GPCA sells.
While technically it might be the correct size/pitch they are a very sloppy fit and come loose very easy. My top creaked all the time when using them and I had to tighten them...
I covered the red ones on my Rubicon rims with black ones I got off Etsy.
This company seems to sell the same thing:
https://importequipment.com/products/1941-jeep-silhouette-wheel-decal-sticker-designed-jeep-wrangler-jl-rubicon-wheels
I guess they have been out for a while.
I had never seen them before and still think they are a nice (and affordable) factory upgrade over the stock sliver or the $995 optional granite ones I have seen.
Nope, shows on the sticker for that Jeep as a factory option and in the factory rendering of it.
There are a few others on lots with the same rims too.
There seems to be a new wheel option.
I have only found it on 2 door Sport S. Its not searchable on the inventory search nor can you pick it as an option on the build web site.
Its called out as 17" x 7.5" Machined / Painted Black Wheels
Not a bad looking wheel to me and seems to also come...
I know I missed the LED lighting thing as it showed as an option on each.
Did you miss the hard top head liner adder to the Willys, as that is also included on the Sport Altitude.
If you do opt them as close as possible to each other I still see just over $1000 less on the SA.
