Just to piggy back, I have had my Jeep to 3 different dealers. 1 said they didn’t hear anything, the second tried to say they couldn’t hear it but I took the manager for a ride and finally convinced him. They replaced my turbo and found a few things cracked or damaged. I can confirm the noise is...
Not the best pics, but I decided to just make my own disconnects. Just a few lynch pins then I drilled holes into the stock blots. Just a quick test to see how they came apart and back on.
I just got a new inspection sticker without my rear bumper, the guy who’s shop it was came out to ask me how I did the lighting for the plate and was impressed. I haven’t had an issue yet.
If I remember correctly it was right around 1.75 in the rear and a little lower in the front due to my...
I do not plan on doing a rear bumper at this time. I actually too my rear light harness off the stock bumper and spliced in a new set of lights that attach to my license plate. And I made a bracket to hold my plate, works for me.
Yes I am running a rubicon suspension with 3/4 inch spacers. Jeep has great road manners and drives great. I think a 35 inch tire would be to much and a regear would need to happen.
Yes, tires are 285/75 (33.7”)also with 1.75 spacers which works great with the 11 wide tire. No throttle...
I got the news today that my Turbo is going to be replaced, took me 2 dealers but I got a call saying they couldn't replicate the noise. I told the Service manager I was on my way to take him for a ride. After about a 7 min drive, he admitted he heard something but wasn't positive and he needed...
This is a picture of my current toyos next to my old wildpeak ATs which were 285/70/17. I love the Toyo's the on-road manner is great, very smooth driving with very little road noise. They are 11 inches wide so keeping the stock rims was something I enjoyed, paired with the 1.75 spacer makes a...
I just installed a rubicon suspension on my sport, spring numbers 60/61, 90/91. Added 3/4 spacers and I like the look, i have 285/70 Falkens but have a new set of 285/75 Toyos going on next week. No good pictures but I will snap a few tm.
took me about an hour and a half to remove, trim and put back. I started with a dremel but quickly switched to a utility knife, I found once you score a line into the plastic the knife cuts a better finish than the dremel.
