I highly doubt it's pieced together. It's the same kit as the 2-2.5" with shorter coils. Summit is legit. Still would love to hear what you end up doing!
Understood about the sliders. Here's a link to the 1-1.5.

Skyjacker has a 1-1.5" coil kit. Probably 1.5 with the 2 door. We have Barricade sliders but I have no idea how durable they are as we haven't been through any difficult terrain. I'm sure they're junk to some hardcore rock crawler people but they'll most likely work for us.
Akron following! Thank you all for the good info. Shout out to tCub for taking the time to detail your time at SOR! We're going to skip this weekend since it will probably be pretty busy but we're going to try for August. I've done trails in Colorado with my JK but they weren't anything...
I have the Mopar guards, as well. They actually have a better lip than I expected- which was nothing. It doesn't wrap the whole top but it does go up the side a bit. Enough protection for me. I never had them in my TJ or JK and it showed...
And yes, they do look nice!
I sold my JKU hard top about 4 years into owning it, owning a soft top, too. I needed the $$ and it was a quick $900 plus an item in trade, which was worth about $500. All was grand until the zippers on my soft top started pulling off at around year 8. I got a Pavement Ends Trektop at that...
You're correct. That's assuming you're getting the same amount for the old vehicle in trade as opposed to an outright sale. I sold my JK to a dealership I didn't buy my truck from. They gave me more than the other dealership was willing to in trade. The truck dealership was lowballing the JK...
I didn't have these seat covers in my JK. I purchased them this year. They were designed for JK or JL with side air bags. I said "old JK" covers because they've been around for a decade.
"New design allows for use with or without side airbag equipped Wranglers."
We drove a 2018 2-door Sport S they had on the lot but it didn't have everything we wanted. Loved the vehicle but wanted to get the limited slip option with the Dana 44 and the All Terrain tires. The dealer looked up 3 other 2018 2-doors from other dealers and found us what we wanted. They...
Somewhat new to the group. I've been lurking and reading up on the JL. I sold the 2007 JK I bought brand new in 2016 and purchased a Ram 1500. When it came time for my girlfriend to get a new vehicle, we wanted to get back into a Jeep. After a couple months of work, here is where we are...
I always show up to the dealer with financing arranged. If they can beat it, that's great. We went to purchase our JL with a 3.99% APR through Capital One. Ended up leasing for 3 years first to make sure it isn't a lemon and we'll buy it if it's good to go. So far, so good!
Another note, I...
