Good morning!
I've recently installed a Sunrider on my 2019 JL, and have a need to install the Thule Rapid Gutter Low Foot Pack with cross bars and a box.
Can I safely attach the Thule Rapid Gutter Low Foot Pack to the sunrider door frames? Should I place the feet on the actual hard-top...
One more question GPsGeeps:
Did you do anything to protect the bottom of the NMO connector? I did the install in a similar manner to you, but am concerned about the bottom of the connector rusting... Did you cap it or seal it somehow?
Thanks,
Ricardo
Did you drill through your body to mount the L bracket or were there existing holes you used? If you drilled through the body what kind of drill bit did you use? Anything special?
I love your install, just concerned I don't have the right tools to correctly mount the L bracket like that at...
Thank you for reaching out JeepCares. The dealer applied the software update and i haven't had the issue. I'll keep an eye on it and let you know if it pops back up but I'd imagine this is the end of that problem for me.
I have the same issue. Start/Stop stops working when the Engine is at running temp, and I am in pasrk for more than 3-4 minutes. Do you have any information on the software fix that I can hand to my service department when I take it in? I just popped a P0507 code for the first time yesterday...
If you don't mind me asking, where's you get that rubber mat with the cutout for the subwoofer? I'm looking for one but haven't come across one that I like like yours yet!
Have you looked at the AnyTone AT-5555N by any chance? Very similar radio, similar price, but I think it does SSB. While I haven't used SSB it myself when I had a CB, I love the idea of being able to use it if I want to.
Thanks for posting information on the Stryker SR-94HPC radio! While it's missing SSB, it seems like I never once ran across someone using that when I wheeled back in Texas. It's a very enticing radio with some great options.
I bought my JL last week and drove home immediately in the last blizzard of the season (so far) for 2 hours. It was not a nice drive! The LEDs gave me quite a bit of snow blindness due to reflected light off of the snow.
I'll keep an eye on this thread. I'm pretty sure the headlights were...
Fortunately, or unfortunately, I live in Denver and plan on taking quite a few trips to the mountain in the snow! I have to take advantage of that Colorado life while I'm here =)
I'll plan for the bad weather days while enjoying the good ones, for sure... Thanks again for the help.
Thank you for the info. While I DID have aftermarket HIDs on my Jeep, I never experienced a snowstorm while they were on.
Is this a known issue? I searched the forum here but didn't see anyone else even mention it. I can't be the first person to experience this!
Hello everyone!
I had the pleasure of picking up my 2019 Rubicon and driving home from Colorado Springs to Denver last night while 4 inches of snow fell in between the two cities.
I have LED lights on my model, and while the snow was coming down nice, I wouldn't consider it a whiteout or...
