All loaded up. Fridge and food camper full tank of gas. I only lost 1/4" of height with the jeep loaded, only another 1/2" with the camper. The Clayton springs are doing what I needed them to do.

I've had the Maximus-3 rack for close to three years. Mine was the prototype test monkey. Roof removal is not that difficult. The bolts at the front are easy enough with a ratchet wrench. It's maybe 5 minutes extra work.
