When Jeep was at normal operating temp and in park for over 4 minutes the RPM would climb from 800 to about 1150 shortly followed by the pictured fault. If I let it happen 3 time the Check Engine Light would come on.

Thank you for posting this! Checked mine and my wife’s Jeep and every relay was barely making contact. Not sure if it solved my problem yet (ESS) but I am pretty sure it solved my wife’s intermittent issues with her radio.
Just got a call from the dealer. Claims PCV valve is faulty and of course they have to order it. Pretty sure the PCV is fine and I am going to end up down a new part rabbit hole on a Jeep with 2300 miles on it.
