I have a 2019 Hella Yella and noticed this about 2 years after owning the Jeep. I waited to see if it got worse as I was nearing the 3 year mark and it is on every door and tailgate. jeep drags their feet on fixing this known problem. Maybe we need a class action lawsuit.

Mine has the same issue on the rear tailgate hinges. the paint on these vehicles is absolute crap

big money grab by the town. I think they made something like 800k from the OSV last year, only good thing is they will never shut it down with that kind of money coming in.

I just tried to order a Hella yella 4xe to replace my current Hella yella rubicon. They said no more hella yella :( I love my hella yella and am at a loss of what to do now.

I took that into account and I could end up almost breaking even. Just worried about the complicated drive train in the 4xe. But most of my trips are under 25 miles so I would barely need gas.
