Just got a call from the service advisor. They ended up replacing both batteries. I'll post if the issue occurs again.

Update...I had a AAA tech try to jump the Jeep tonight. It did start but after a minute it died. He tried it a few more times with the same results which was weird. Might be a wiring issue or alternator? Im attaching a pic of the readings he got. I contacted FCA yesterday. Im going to have them...

This just happened to me. 2018 Jeep Rubicon, 9,025 miles. It was delievered to me on 2/9/19 and I drove it everyday even to work which is about 40 miles each way with no problems. I took it to my nearby Jeep dealership to have it checked out on 2/16/19 and they found no issues. I didnt drive it...
