Probably. I don't know about all, but I do know that a lot of Fords can be towed four down including the F150. It would be silly if they didn't offer that feature for the Bronco.
You don't have to smell it or taste it, just rub some on your fingers. If it feels oily and doesn't dry then it's a lubricating fluid(trans, engine oil). If it's not and it dries then it's water.
