I love my twill sunrider.
Installation is super easy, so far this is my best mod.
I don’t want a soft top, so for me this this was no brainer.
Twill material is the way to go.

One advice, spray the soapy water all across the windshield seal door to door, the channel between seal can redirect the air flow. The leak could be from windshield itself also. Once your start the blower and your are outside allow up to 2 min to build enough pressure.

Mine was the upper windshield seal against the frame, not the panels causing noise in the windshield drain tube.
I did add brass 1/2” shim washer .010” (amazon) between the panel lever and the bolt.The required size is 13mm, so I sand the holes to reach 13mm

My best guess if the seal on the panel are fine is the targa lever latch are not well adjusted. You can lower the metallic part on the windshield frame to increase the pressure on the panel.

In my case it was the white localisation pins beside the freedom panel clamp, remove the panel use plumber slicone grease or dielectric grease on the pins, reassemble the freedom. No more noise!
Ok i manage to retreive the flag clip by sweeping a strong magnet outside the door close to the joint (doors are in aluminium) and get it out by the door water drain, 2minutes job. Holes are covered with a flexible tape. No need to remove anything.
Seguerski many thanks, this was one of my issues. I loose the top clip, but i think it doesnt hold the flag. I did the same plus a small joint of black urethane on the vertical edge, no more noise from the flags.
Also the dealer will change my door seal, its not seating properly between the two...
