  2. Hiding My "Valuables" in my JL without back seat

In my opinion, the best anti-theft/break-in method is not to leave anything in the Jeep with the doors open, so there are no forced locks and no broken windows. With battery-powered tools, not much holds up. The world is full of evildoers.;)
  3. Tan Soft Top and Body Color

Tan tops are pretty, is there a way to dye a black top? I saw a metallic gray Audi convertible with a burgundy red soft top, the whole thing was superb.
  4. Mice eating my firewall insulation

In France we also have a lot of rodents, the way to prevent them from eating the components of the car is to put them bread or leftover cheese under the car, as well as leave the hood wide open so they leave your dear quiet JEEP.

  8. Jeep People are Medieval...

Let's not forget that the civil version started in 1978 (military 1975) there were already front and rear differential locks. I had a 300GD that went almost everywhere and never had a breakdown... What was Jeep doing at the time? CJ5 and CJ7, rust was eating them quickly.
  9. How often should dual AGM Battery JL Owners replace both batteries?

Surprisingly, the main battery receptacle can accommodate a larger battery. Much better solution than 2 batteries of different sizes. But engineers sometimes have a mania for making things complicated when simplicity is better and often less expensive.
  10. Relocating and Upgrading Aux Battery?

Stopping the stop and start is simple, there are a lot of topics here on this forum. Simply unplug the engine hood switch. There are 2 switches, I don't remember which one, but you can easily find them on this forum. The auxiliary battery is an aberration. There is room to put a longer and...
  11. Relocating and Upgrading Aux Battery?

There is probably a Wrangler sales volume effect in the USA vs EU and this is the reason for a lot of problems in your country. And an idea... exported batteries may be of better quality. it is easy to remove the ESS, disconnect the engine hood contact and the ESS will no longer work.
  12. Relocating and Upgrading Aux Battery?

I don't understand your desire to remove this auxiliary battery. The original batteries are AGM technology and quality. I have a few friends who have Wrangler JLs equipped, and haven't had a problem for 4 years. I myself have just changed the auxiliary after 5 and a half years for 55 euros...
  13. How often should dual AGM Battery JL Owners replace both batteries?

I just changed the auxiliary battery, the main battery is still good. My Wrangler is manufactured August 2018 so the batteries are more than 5 years old. Jeep sleeps in the heated garage and sometimes with the trickle charger.

  15. Jeep Wrangler Q4 and Full-Year 2023 Sales Results

In Europe, normal Wranglers have not been sold for 2 years because ecological taxes are higher than the price excluding taxes. The only Gladiator sold in Europe was the V6 eco-diesel. Finished too because killing by environmental taxes now. The only Jeep made in USA still sold in 2024 here are...
  16. Muffler delete on a JLUR 2.0 Turbo

Hello from France. My experience with the AFE Power Mach Force is excellent. The sound is raspy but not too intrusive. You have to know what you want... Notice our beautiful scraper for the French license plate ! Our police officers do not have good eyesight and the license plate must be large :)
