That pictured is a white power top because you can see the black felt on top and no line where the T tops would be. Also the order guide: Wrangler (JL)- Tuscadero paint (PHP) is open for ordering on all except Power Hard Top (STJ) So doesn't look like SkyTop will be an option.

Right but what I'm getting at is on Koon's website for example it says "Does not include freight charge" with their ridiculous discount - so they're charging the freight charge + an $899 doc fee in order to make customers think they're truly getting 7.5% under. It seems really scummy.
