Yes, I was running the stock transfer case and no I didnāt have any issues with the clutches. Yes, I was running a Tazer when I wanted to run it into wheel drive.
The set up on that was Fusion 70 inch, 1 ton axles front and rear, 2 1/2 ton steering with 5 1/2 inch springs on Metalcloak arms with Rocksport shocks.

So I just saw something posted about a potential 20th anniversary Rubicon 392 teaser at SEMA 2022. Does anybody have any information on this potential Jeep? If itās going to come available, I definitely want to order it.
Yeah.....I played with the gear charts for days, flipping back and forth on 5.38's vs 5.13's and after running my Jeep in manual mode on the freeway at the given rpm's to see how it felt I decided on 5.13's. 4.88's would be better for the freeway, but the 5.13's get killer acceleration with the...
Hey Rob,
I went with 72" Fusion 4x4 axles with 5.13 gears and Eaton e-lockers front and rear. Here's a link to my setup.

I'm still waiting for mine to arrive, but had a question for you. Did you already have the lift on your Jeep? If so, did it raise it up some by installing the axles? If so, how much?
Thanks....Jon
I ended up going with Fusion 4 x 4ās K Fusion Elite Series 60ās set up. Eaten E lockers front and rear and 5.13 gears. They are installing 35 spline RCV AXLES up front and upgraded 40 spline axles in the rear. I figure that should be able to handle anything I throw at it even in 2 WD. š

At the time those were the only aluminum fenders with lights I could find. Iām still waiting for Metalcloak to release their heavy duty aluminum fenders...
So I'm switching over to UD60's on my 392, and I'm having a hard time deciding whether to go 5.38's or 4.88's on 40's. It's my daily driver, and I do use the freeway from time to time as well, but I'm not sure if the 5.38's will be too much for it. Knowing the transfer case is 2.72:1, and NOT...
The āsilver versionā was just the standard JL Wrangler four-door/2 door plate that is in the back of all of the regular four doors. It did not have the correct information regarding the forwarding depth, and it also incorrectly showed that there was a two door version of the 392 which there is...
