    Velcro definitely will not work. The adhesive side will not stick to the ribs because of the fabric sewn onto it

    Same thing happened on my 2020. I've tried Velcro, doesn't stick to fabric now I'm looking at booger tape or fabric glue. Sucks when putting top down and the whole top slides to the back.

    Had mine done twice by dealer. Once re glued second replaced glass. Neither worked. So I just glue and re glue when it falls off

Long story short I was taking a drive with top halfway back when a strong gust of wind ( just a little Texas breeze) pulled my top back ripping the stitching from the top off of the bows.     Exactly same as mine. 2020 jl manual. Use only 89 octane as daily driver. 93 when on road trips. Pinging next to nothing now
