10K miles later, everything works fine, no issues whatsoever. I tried this on gravel and mud and it works well. I did not have rear tire in the air yet (or I did not notice). The bias for helical diff should be around 1:3, I don't know what is it for this one. The instructions would be the same...

I searched but Yukon does not make helical diff carrier for Dana M220 rear axle. Only Nitro Gear makes them. This is why I was hesitant and started this thread. So far no regrets, 900+ miles works fine. If anything goes wrong I'll post here.

So I pulled the trigger here and installed this carrier swapping out the original Trac-Lok at 47K miles. Nitro Gear shipped next day and I got the carrier after few days.
