Figured it would be crap. Bunch of self-absorbed management getting together 'acting' as they care. Hey, here's an easy one.....stop the rain gutter leaking inside the cab!!! .......you folks should be ashamed of yourselves. "Engineers" what a joke.
To me, this proves that they are just paying lip service to us. They knew every year that this is a problem, but refuse to fix it. Intentionally, they allow it year after year. THEN, they want us to 'talk' with engineers and 'C' level folks. Should we be impressed? No, not at all. Don't come to...
Here is one thing that just pi$$'s me off every time. They know this happens, why don't they fix it? Are they just tone deaf? Do they not drive the product they make?
Do we really need a 'roundtable' to tell them to stop the rain from flowing in the Jeep? Don't they test these in the rain? Don't they see the rain gutters do not reach the edge and come pouring into the cab, right on the driver? Don't they even drive these Jeeps? If we have to have a...
I got to say, Jeep worked on my 'wobble' at least 4 times. I was looking for perfect. After video conferences with Jeep, pressurized testing, changing parts time and time again, they finally fixed it. They added this and its now perfect. They may have faulty parts, but they sure do work on it...
It was an $800 charge but I got them to throw it in as part of the deal. Also, when I had a battery problem, another dealer said the problem could be my lights I added and there may be a charge for the new battery. Then I told him I added the lights, but not the wiring (i just installed them the...
I let the dealer do it. I got them to add it in when I bought the JL. Any electrical problems they own it. The last thing I want is the dealer to say any electrical problem is due to my wiring job. The warranty goes right out the window!
I thought I bought it because it didn't look so angry. I think it's just the angle of the shot. But, in the picture, it looks angry. Maybe it doesn't like the cold rainy weather.
Haven't found anyone that attempted to upgrade the software that actually worked. Ya, they had mine for about 10 days. Gave me a 4 cyl. Jeep loaner. Thank God I didn't buy a 4 cyl. Jeep Cares is the best! They helped so much in dealing with the service department. I had other work done (death...
Be careful though. My dealer tried to do the update and it locked the whole unit. They ordered another unit because nothing could be done with it. Bring it to the dealer. Let them fix it.
I've had a 4 cyl loaner from my Jeep dealer. Thank God I did not buy this! Totally soft-peddle until the turbo kicks in. The 6 cyl is so much better. The gas mileage isn't different enough to put up with the lack of power. I still have the loaner. Taking it easy on the peddle. Don't want to blow...
Hi Alison, I was joking, but it did look that way. It is now at Best Jeep in Plymouth, MA. They have had it for 3-4 days now. They tried to upload a new software release and it froze the whole system. They have ordered a new radio/GPS unit. They can't figure out what is wrong.
Plus, the 'death...
