Made a few little mods.
GPCA Tie Down Anchors with D Rings - like these because it makes it easier to take off the top and is great for hanging things up and stretching cargo nets across the cargo area.
Rugged Ridge Receiver Hitch - super easy to install on my JL bumper. Happy that I can tow...
No problems at all installing these. They are longer than the original bulb so the bulb sits closer to the lens but does not touch it. I wish they were a little shorter and a little brighter but great mod for less than $20 and maybe 45 minutes install time. I think just about any 7440 size LED...
Swapped out my reverse halogen bulbs for some LEDs. Definitely brighter. Still nowhere near as bright as my wife’s Subaru Forester, but better than before. Below are some comparison pics of my backup camera screen to show the difference.

Bergen County here too. There’s not a lot around here. I’ve heard that there’s some offroad events in Warwick, NY on the occasional weekend but best bet is Central Jersey and PA.
Took the euro fender fillers off. Much better!

Now I just have to trim those removed pieces down so I can create covers for the back side of bumper to cover the fog lights and wires.
Get it checked out. I have a 2019 JL Sport S 2-door with the 4 cyl turbo and have averaged 22-23 mpg over 2600 miles. My driving is a mix of city/highway in NYC so traffic is part of my daily drive. I have a heavy foot when the roads do clear up so I think I can probably get better mileage if I...
What was the fix that JeepCares helped with? Part numbers? What exactly did they do to solve this? Just happened to me this weekend in my pure stock 2019 JL Sport S. Thanks!
My other ride — prior to my new 2019 2.0 JL — was a 2013 VW Golf R that I drove hard for 6 years and never had a single problem or issue with the turbo engine. Before that had a GTI for 5 years and no issues with that one either. 2L fours with turbos are solid engines and proven tech. Agree...
No regrets at all. I wanted the 2.0 and test drove it against 3.6. More oomph in my opinion. I had the 3.6 in my JK and never loved that engine. Hated that transmission too. The 2.0 with 8-speed is a great combo. Now all we need is some good aftermarket tuning to get more HP.
