On November 14th, I was also able to order a 2-door Rubicon with the 3.6L engine and automatic transmission while at the dealer. I'm not sure why the website builder/search tool prevents it. Perhaps Jeep is discouraging the 2-door/3.6L/AT/Rubicon combo and this is their way of porting people...
