Anybody out there connect a 200.4 to there heigh10? Going to connect the rca out direct to the key Amp but don't want to run into ohms issue like I did with the factory head unit. Anybody know if this will work?
Just hooked up all 4 cams to new Heigh10....didn't plan for wanting a DVR but now am in the market. Anybody know of a good option that I can integrate with my already installed cams? Not looking to add more cameras when they are already there. Thanks
Thank you ! Out of all these posts, you are the ONLY one I could find with arrows that said, "It's right here dummy!" LOL....thanks again, now I can do this with confidence.
Looking for prefab plug for 14 point plug on kicker 200.4 that goes to the pac amppro 8pin connecter off that harness. Want to connect the speaker wires as nice and clean as I can so future head replacement will have room it needs. Anybody find this harness? I'm still looking.
Plugs from junk yard worked great! I have front tweeters hooked up and the soundbar 6.5s hooked up....no adjustments on the inline amp made yet or the knee speakers installed but man what a difference....smiling ear to ear.....thanks trailseven.com it's like night and day.
Just realized, there are a ton of vehicles in the Dodge/Chrystler/Jeep family that I can get this from in the Pick-n-Pull junk yard. However, if someone here finds the actual new part, then I will get that first. Thanks
I have the 72-6514 plug for the sound bar speaker but i need the oem harness plug side that the previous owner cut off. Anybody know the part number for that plug? I'd like to put it back the way it was.
Just purchased Kicker Plug & Play Speaker Bundle Upgrade from Trail Seven.....took the installed speaker out and see the previous owner cut the OEM plug so now I am not plug and play anymore. Where can I purchase the male plug from and how do I know if I am connecting it back on correctly...
Any ideas on speaker adapters for the 4in speakers? Have 4 new ones but they are all four hole not the three. Don't have the fancy router tools to cut my own. Also, are the front knee speakers going to be in a molded notch like the sound bar? Anybody have pics of the front box removed or links...
Thanks, I'll look into those....want to make sure if I upgrade these first that I don't kill the sound so bad that it forces me into the phase II upgrade before I am ready.
Good points.....I guess I should add that I am looking for louder (but still stay clear) with possible addition of an inline amp and sub....so I guess what I really need is to know if I'm getting the bang for the buck by upgrading to get more power or if the stock will already handle the inline...
I see a lot of details on size, 4", of speaker but no other specs.
I am looking for the wattage specs for the current base non-upgraded speaker in my JL UNL.
Anybody have the specs so I don't have to pull the cover off to check?
I want to upgrade, just weighing what I am really upgrading.
Thanks
True, it is only needed when it's needed but yes, counting the blessing for not having a wiggle wobble issue, a blown tire is scary, haven't felt that wobble yet thank goodness. Didn't know about @JeepCares .... will see what they say
Tim, that's what I was reading too.....but going on five months now with no fix is unsat....only fun part is listening to folks tell me to quit my *itchin, guess they are all rollin in the dough and that stuff just don't matter...this poor smuck is on an allotment from wife, don't have that deep...
Do you want spit on your $50 sirloin or is that a minor inconvenience? Just sayin, for the money you want the stuff you paid for, I'm not complaining about a 95 YJ, this is brand new FFS.
Is it a good buy when you add a "but" to your statement? So, I bought my new JL in SEP 2018. Rear defrost found not working in OCT 2018 (same issue with many dealing with connectors breaking off from weak weld). Dealer put in an order to get window replaced and I still sit here with a brand...
