    Possibly. In theory it should be able to hold the weight no problem. We haven't seen it used that way yet.

    You nailed it. The idea is that you can replace the shell if/when you take a couple rocks or trees to the bumper. OR you can change bumper style when we come out with new versions of the stubby. Switching the shell would take at most 30-40 mins, tops. We have our "T2" ready to go. I'll have...

    Exactly! The tabs are welded directly to the winch plate. The "shell" goes over the plate then protects and provides the finished look.
