  1. Jeep Wrangler Sport Upgrade - 265/70/17 or 285/70/17?

I left the suspension stock. No problems and running great almost a year later.
  2. Will 33” tires fit on stock 2 door JL?

I have not had any problem at all with the 33 on the back. In fact my previous Jeep, a 2018 JL Rubicon had much larger 35x12.5s and it was no problem.
  3. Jeep Wrangler Sport Upgrade - 265/70/17 or 285/70/17?

Yes, speedo will be slightly off, not worth doing the calibration. Shifting and drivability will not be affected at all.
  4. Before/After - 245/45/17 on Stock Rims to 285/70/17 on Fuel Anzas

Thanks, I went back and forth for a while. I knew I did not want a lift so this was perfect.
  5. Before/After - 245/45/17 on Stock Rims to 285/70/17 on Fuel Anzas

It has been a while, google it so I don't give you wrong advice I do believe -12 offset sticks out further than -6 offset. My Rubicon was -12 I believe and it stuck out more Here is my current wheel specs I believe they are 17x8.5s Even though you have 18s, you could go to 17s and have a...
  6. Anyone have pics of Sport with 33’

Thanks.... MPG is the same. I am averaging 18.5-19.0 city. Highway is the same, but since I drive 75-80 it is not nearly as good as if I cruised at 65 and did over 20-22mpg easily. Highway this thing is amazing, it cruises easily at 75-80mph comfortably. Yesterday I was doing a steady 80mph...

  9. Will 33” tires fit on stock 2 door JL?

I put 33" 285/70/17 BFG KO2s on my Stock JL Sport. Wheels are 17x8.5" Fuel Anza -6mm offset. No rubbing or issues at all. Here are before afters from the stock 245/75/x17 on 17x7.5 stock wheels. Hope this helps
  10. Jeep Wrangler Sport Upgrade - 265/70/17 or 285/70/17?

I know you have a JL, I had a 2018 JL, but was also looking at JKs as well as have had a few JKs. My son had a JK Sport, a JK Sahara and a JK Rubicon Hard Rock. I do believe the JK Sahara suspension was somewhere in the middle of the Sport and Rubicon. I could research it, but it doesn't...

My dentist only is going in for emergencies.
  12. Jeep Wrangler Sport Upgrade - 265/70/17 or 285/70/17?

It might have been that way on the JK? Not sure? Thanks for the info, I don't want to be putting wrong info out there.
  13. Here’s a pic

Nice pics and nice cars!!!! Stay healthy and safe, I know dentists are at high risk with this Covid pandemic. I am also in the medical field and I am constantly on my employees to wear their masks and clean their areas.
  14. Jeep Wrangler Sport Upgrade - 265/70/17 or 285/70/17?

Sorry, I was talking about settings not height and I might be wrong, but I thought the springs/shock settings were a bit firmer on the Sahara, height of fenders is the same
  15. Jeep Wrangler Sport Upgrade - 265/70/17 or 285/70/17?

My last JL with the 35x12.5s rarely kicked in to 8th.
  16. Jeep Wrangler Sport Upgrade - 265/70/17 or 285/70/17?

I ended up with the 285/70/17s BFG KO2s C Load Rating. MPG is actually the same. Performance seems the same. It is only a 3% difference in tire height, a little more than 1 inch taller, so not much of a difference. The -6mm offset of the Fuel 17x8.5 rimsmakes it seem bigger than it is, has an...
  17. Before/After - 245/45/17 on Stock Rims to 285/70/17 on Fuel Anzas

Driveability update: I had it on the highway and the C load rating of the BFGs really shined. I was able to cruise at speeds of 75-85 comfortably. Gas mileage was 18mpg even at those high speeds. My previous JLUR with the 6 cylinder on E rated 35x12.5x17 Toyo MTs was not comfortable over...
  18. Before/After - 245/45/17 on Stock Rims to 285/70/17 on Fuel Anzas

I wasn't sure at first, but I really like it, it's a keeper.
  19. Before/After - 245/45/17 on Stock Rims to 285/70/17 on Fuel Anzas

Thanks, I thought about playing it safe and going all Black, but I took a chance.
