I have 40k miles on my 3.6L with a 6spd. When I rev between 2.5k and 3.5k rpm I get a loud knock noise and it's not from the drivetrain. Happens in neutral, clutch engagement, and disengaged. Just started recently not sure what to think of it or where to look. Dead silent below 2.5k rmp.

My passenger side front suspension is really creaky when articulating over modest bumps. Driveway approaches and my alley way are when you can really hear it because the jeep is rocking a lot. I have a 2.5" Rough Country lift springs and Fox 2.0 shocks. Any prime suspects? Can it be from a bushing?
