It sounds like I'm having a similar problem. it's at the dealership now and they can't reproduce the noise...I've attached a file of my noise.

I wasn't moving it quick. when it gets to the edge of the play it made a fairly loud clunk and then same in the other direction.

I just picked it up and it looks like shit! They said FCA won't let them blend it? The dealership is going to contact FCA about getting it fixed

I'm taking in on Monday to get fixed. it's covered under the warranty, but I hope it doesn't come back. I also had it ceramic coated so I'm hoping they cover that too.

No this is just happening. I wash it weekly and it wasn't always there. that picture isn't even the worst one. I'm going to the dealership tomorrow. I don't really want them to repaint the doors because they are aluminum. I also had a ceramic coating done, so that's ruined too.

I'm more than concerned. this is happening on all of the hinge brackets

I just noticed today that there is rust forming around all of the hinges on the doors and tailgate..this can't be good. I only have 14k miles on it.

it seems to help with the wandering. I didn't really notice any change to the ride comfort. like I said before, when I first bought it I was constantly adjusting at highway speed. it still has some play in it, but the non stop back and forth has gotten better.

I wanted to set them all to 34 but they ended up: 36,34 34,36 It helped a lot so I left it at that. I was kind of wondering if people saying the temperature change makes a difference because it changes the tire pressure.

i have about 5k miles on my 2dr rubicon. When i first bought it i couldn't stand it. constantly correcting and it wandered all over. I bought the falcon 2.2 stabilizer and that helped a bit.Adjusting the tire pressure also helped. It still has a "dead spot" in the middle which makes it scary on...

I've had it a little over a month. Coming from a 2012 Grand Cherokee I'm happy with it.
