It’s not just the hinges. I’ve had it on the front hood, and lower corners of the doors. I’ve also heard people say the rear gate, and the windshield frame are prone to it also.
Talked to the service advisor today….he can’t get an appointment approved for the 3rd trip to the body shop, because the last repair hasn’t been paid yet. I said the door they forgot to paint, HAS ALREADY BEEN APPROVED. He took a deep breath, and said the same thing again. I guess it’s time to...
They never offered a loner, nor did I ask for one.
After the first 3 weeks, they assigned a new Service Advisor to my Jeep, because the 1st guy was a train wreck.
Just a little update......dealership had it for 9 weeks. During that time, it went to the paint shop twice. Inspected it with the Service Advisor, and we found imperfections in one of the door they totally repainted, and one other hinge they neglected to touch. Waiting for another...

I did not use any of the supplied adhesive velcro.
I attached the velcro on the mat, to the seat back only. It still hold everything in place fine.
Not really sure why I didn't add their velcro.
