That worked. Thanks. Didn’t have to go to the battery. Red power wire and red pressure switch to the Aux 1. Ground and small ground from relay to same kick plate frame bolt. Wish I figured it out before cutting up the harness! But I learned a lot. Thanks.

It works! All wired to Aux 1. Didnt go to battery at all. Thanks for the visual and help.

There’s the small black coming out of the relay also. Do I need to rewire that back in and ground it or no?

Could you post a pic of the inline blow off? Does the compressor just keep running constantly then? And the blow off just releases the extra pressure?

This would be simple. Aux 1 sending 40 Amps to the pressure switch wouldn’t be a prob? And nothing needed with the blue pressure switch wire?

I got you. Thanks. Yeah the wiring looks quite diff with the models. I mean, no pressure switch at all exteriorly on the twin. Interesting. I’ve spent 3 days messing with this setup. Hopping for a solution tomorrow! I’ll let ya’ll know.

I def don’t want to use more than 1 aux switch for this setup.. I’m calling ARB tomorrow. I may need to return this model and go with the twin compressor. It’s seems simpler setting up for JL. I’ll let you know what arb says for setting up the single w the JL aux switches.

Ok. Tried to call ARB on this today but they’re closed. I screwed up and thought I could just get the ARB compressor working by using ONLY the black ground to a frame screw and red power to my Factory AuX switch. It def works but I cut the wires out for the pressure switch. Now it doesn’t...

I got the single 12v ARB for Xmas. I’ve got the JLUR w Aux package. I mounted under the rear passenger seat... but when I lower the seats it gets smashed so I’ll prob move it under the passenger front seat. I had a really tough time wiring it since the directions don’t assume the factory Aux...

Did you just run the red power wire to Aux 1 and a black ground to a ground point? Or was there more to it?

I have a large Red Wire, Large black wire and small black wire to work with. No purple wire in the smaller ARB 12V compressor. I checked my ground wire, sanded the contact points. Should be good there. But I have both small and black wire grounding to the frame bolt under kick plate. Still...

Directions don’t account for a factory aux switch setup. And again, I’m not running lockers.

The CKMA12 says it draws 13A no load and 23A w load. I’ve attacjed to the 40amp aux 1 switch. I should’nt have to run it to the battery directly then right?

How about you wiring this unit? I have factory aux switches. Can I wire power straight to Aux 1 or 2 or so I have to go to the battery? And if I go to the battery then what do I wire to the aux switch to turn it on? Oh, and for mounting, I mounted upside down under the rear passenger seat...

Can you not power a compressor from the aux 1 or 2 wires? I’ve got a 12v arb compressor and it’s not working on aux 1 wire.
