Did the update last week, read and followed the instructions and Tazer is working great for me.
Especially love the hood alarm and that the parasitic draw was decreased.
I wouldn't worry about the pinion angle as much as we did on JK's, remember with the FAD, nothing is turning in the front unless it's in 4wd and when it is, speed and pinion angles aren't that big of a deal. I'd set castor at 6-6.5 degrees regardless of pinion angle and call it a day.
I went with the Fox stabilizer but it was also installed on a new housing as mine was bent on the drivers side, 4 degrees of camber so not sure if that was causing my wobble or not.
Anyway, straight housing (for now) Fox stabilizer and no shimmy's.
Different stretches involve the "washes", to the left 3-4 of them, and the "road". Fun trail but as you get more used to the Jeep and some experience, lift and tires, this will seem like a walk in the park. :like:
I've always had good luck with Chapman in Henderson at the AutoMall, Derrick but I also prefer to do my own service so I know it's done right.
Welcome to LV, look me up for a trail run. I'm from Wyoming, see your from FoCo area? Scott
Lol, I hear ya. Pull that center trim piece under the steering wheel and its easier to see and get to but it’s a lay on your back, head against the brake pedal move.
My vibration actually got worse when I started using the Taser, likely since the two plugs that were removed from the SGW were giving it some stability when they were plugged in.
