I've got a 2019 Wrangler JLU with around 32k miles on it and my tires are pretty worn down. Is this typical of the OEM tires? I could've rotated them more often because the current rears are more worn down than the fronts, but even the fronts are pretty low tread depth.

I'm watching this video and it looks pretty painful to put the front brackets on. I am selling my hardtop and need to include these brackets. The rear ones don't look too bad, but the front ones look pretty rough.
