Update, Hirschmann automotive makes the connector by the looks of it, they have the "NEW Gen Seal star" Can't seem to find a distributor, but it's a start...https://www.hirschmann-automotive.com/en/produkte/connectors/sealstar-family/sealstar-2-8-mm-neu/
I'm sure they don't have a clue what the issue is and it seems to work when they turn off the check lock light so they have issues replicating the issue. I'm pretty sure they don't have the correct tools or knowledge base to correct the issue, to me it seems like something in the CAN...
Found the connector online. oof, anyone know who makes the connector? It isn't this place, typically I can find these things on mouser!

Another resource if you need to find pin outs of connectors or buy pigtails (most don't exist yet) Was looking for automatic sway bar connector and have yet to find one in existence. Anyone know who manufactures it? doesn't look like a molex part like most of the connectors on the vehicle...
Add me to the list of this issue too, and of course the stealership won't warranty anything even do a real job diagnosing since my sway bar disconnect is not connected. They are different modules and do different things. How long has the new axle worked? I'm at 27k miles and need to get a fix...
18k miles so far, stock Rubicon tires and lift. Daily comfortable 75-80mph. Vehicle was speed limited by the engineers to about 98-99mph in my experience. Takes a while to get used to but it's the most work to drive a modern vehicle I've ever experienced. Lots of play in the steering/a large...
For now, I hammered the old skid back into place, going to have a local shop fab up a new skid for the future, but for now I don't have anything more to break up front so it doesn't matter until I get a new part! lol
Semi old Post but to provide an input for others with this question...we smashed our sway bar disconnect wheeling. Thru the stock "skid" it just broke the electronics and connector. If we had done a rotate it likely wouldn't have been an issue. This being said I can only get a full replacement...
Anyone have some experience in finding a control board for the sway bar disconnect system. I smashed thru the front stock skid plate wheeling by hitting something hidden in the mud! Of course Jeep Engineers decided this should be a CAN device, so they can check state etc. and add auto re-engage...
Likely the reason they don't do this from the factory is due to space claims in the truck. One group will tell another group they need to stay so far away, and now you have rubber isolators designed not to touch components touching a component. Looking at what you have doesn't seem like too bad...
I will say we appear to have the vacuum pump gone out (ESC light and auto start stop light) after 3900 miles and the wife said when it first came on the brakes were acting weird. The error occurred when she was backing out of the parking spot at work. Said it was really squishy and not braking...
