I have the exact same problem. Factory stock 2020 JLU with 5,300 miles. Six weeks ago I went over a series of expansion joints on the freeway and the front end had the feeling of a dribbling basketball. I thought I had a flat tire, but after pulling over, everything was fine. Proceeded again...
The dealer resolved it. They had it for two days and it is now fixed. It was in fact as they described- a factory defect and so the vehicle was not damaged during delivery. Thank you.
It's not normal. The dealer thought it was a factory defect. They have had it for two days (still have the vehicle) and called last night to say they are having trouble resolving the problem. So, not easy to resolve either. My concern was that the misalignment was more likely from trauma in...
Was that reply supposed to be funny - it wasn't. In fact, it was rude. Thanks for thinking it was appropriate to take time out of your day to not offer any help. What made you think I would be interested in your feelings about my bumper cover??
Hello everyone. I was detailing my new JL Sahara shortly after bringing it home when a single use plastic rivet fell out black trim on the rear fender. I then noticed the rear bumper cover in the same area was pushed in and so the gap between the bumper and the body was too narrow (almost...
Sales people generally have wide latitude under laws that consider "promises" puffing - not a legal promise - especially since it is not part of the sales contract. My guess is removing the retractable roof may void the warranty if it subsequently leaks or does not work properly after...
Congratulations!! With your Granite Crystal color, we've now seen one built in every available color :). Mine is Bright White - not many have been built in the tracking forum, so it's cool to see one made in every available color.
I really like the etorque 2.0 in my 2019 JL and didn’t want to mess with success. If they run out, I would still want the etourque six - the pull from a traffic light is great.
I think (not sure) there is a suspension adjustment too for the High Altitude that is unique to the Wrangler (I.e. sport suspension). I seem to remember seeing that on the order guide.
I take back what I said, the one just built seems to be an Altitude model and not High Altitude. Makes sense since it was ordered in February and the High Altitude could not be ordered until the March code guide was published. I missed that the gloss black wheels were 18" and not the 20" and I...
The High Altitude is a" zoomed up" Sahara. The color keyed bumpers and black rims are a giveaway on the build as it's the only Wrangler that is currently built that way.
