Resolved: If anyone else runs into this issue, disconnect the battery for 5 minutes and then reconnect. The update resumed immediately.

Received the notification that the update was available. Chose update now, and turned off the vehicle as I had to run into the store. Came back out 45 min later and the radio and was black and no services available. Any ideas?
