after you remove the screws you have to pull quite hard to get it to pop loose. i had a different issue though, now the third brake light presses on the rear windshield wiper and sometimes it gets stuck

allegedly it is full synthetic because the manual calls for 0w-20 which from what I understand is only available in full synthetic. i wouldnt be surprised if some dealers are using 5w-20 though, since i think that is what the JK manual calls for. i would definitely make sure it says in writing...

In my opinion if you have to think about it this much you should just stop using it. I hate it, it startles me every time it activates and deactivates, and I don't care what anybody says, the heat and A/C do not work well when the engine is not running. i have not taken off the rear doors yet, but the front window switches roll down the rear windows fine, its just the rear switches that dont work

I'm having the same problem in my JLUS, found out about it the same way - from the window tinter. No idea yet, not a fuse, but the rear windows do roll down using the front switches, just not the rear switches
