It’s the Mopar vehicle tracking system. It should be on your build sheet. Ifs a factory installed accessory. Had it on my Chrysler 300c.

I called them and verified what they had in stock before ordering. Once they told me what they had, I ordered online and they shipped same day. Got them in 3 days to Hawaii. Still waiting on them to make a cover for the 2dr rear bench though.

I got a $9 amazon neoprene cover as well. Does a great job for the price. I don’t use the keyhole anyway and honestly, didn’t know my console had a lock until reading this.

Just got them for my 2dr JL and I love them so far. Can’t comment on how long he’ll last, but they’re heavy duty and I don’t see anything happening to them over the years.

I was going to wrap the trim pieces too, but i didn’t like the look as much since the top of the hood is white. If they yellow quickly, I’ll wrap the trim and buy a black hood deflector to complete the look.
