  1. Broken pinion d44

The shop that did the install was ProTrucks. They are an offroad truck company that does this stuff everyday. Or so I would assume.
  2. Broken pinion d44

My other option is to purchase the Fusion 4x4 semi float as it is only 4 weeks to get one.
  3. Broken pinion d44

I do not have pictures at this time but it’s in the shop and they are taking pictures for the warranty of the gears. I do know the pinion seal looks like it was leaking when I climbed under after the damage. Can see if they can send them to me also. My fear is they were not set up correct.
  4. Broken pinion d44

Also wanted to put elocker in but scared it will just weaken it further
  5. Broken pinion d44

So about two years ago I put a ProRock 44 with Eaton eLocker up front to replace the D30. It’s a sport with a stock d44 in the rear. As for the rear I had a shop swap gears to match front with Yukon 5.13 and added chromoly axles. I do off-road but mostly drive on the road. It’s my second...

  10. Auxiliary (AUX) Switches Configuration/Installation DIY

  11. JLU sport, MC 2.5”, 37” tires

That is my end goal (38s). Problem is I would need new wheels (have stock rims). I will need to do the fender chop also to clear 38s, and possibly 37. I am heading to Windrock with some Jeep friends in a few weeks and have spent a fortune already. Going to try 37s first cause they will fit...

  13. JLU sport, MC 2.5”, 37” tires

So I cot the 2.5” inch lift installed. Gained 4.25” over stock (on a sport). I have a winch and stubby steel bumper. Sock rearbumpber and 35” tire on the tailgate. Now I think the 35slook small and can fit 37s.
  14. Sport Axle Swap

So I was going to take your advice and add the locker and chromoly shafts. Problem is, there is t an eLocker out for the sport Dana 44. Guess I will run it with the limited slip for now. Intentsrig - did you just chop your factory sport fenders (front and back)? Any problems? May do that...
  15. Sport Axle Swap

I just ordered my PR44 with 5.13 and eLocker. I have the limited slip d44 rear and was planning to just change gears to match. My long term plan is to get a dynatrac pro float 60 rear when it comes out. Or should I build the stock 44 and call it a day? I am planning on going to 38s. Have...

  17. JLU sport, MC 2.5”, 37” tires

Thanks for the feedback. I think I will keep the 35s till I get rubicon fenders and AAL chop kit and do 37” or 38”s. It never ends. Lol
  18. JLU sport, MC 2.5”, 37” tires

I have a sport with Rough country 2.5” spacer lift and 35s now. I love the low stance and I want to run 37” Milestar Patagonia. I have a ProRock 44 on order with 5.13 and E-locker, have rear Dana 44 limited slip. I just ordered Metalcloak 2.5” lift . Do you think I will fit 37s? My thought...
