Had this discussion today with my dealer to get my replacement JLUR. All that can be ordered in Mojito is the 2.0L engine. They’re about to go 800 miles away to get my replacement.
It’s getting pretty aggravating not receiving any contact from Jeep about this. I’ve called too many times, and shouldn’t have to if Jeep takes pride in its’ customer relations. Every time i call i get told my case is being elevated or the supervisor is being emailed and I should be contacted...
Bought the wife a JL a month ago. Drove hers a couple times and went and got myself one too! We each have our own so there ain’t no bickering or hiding of each other’s keys. But....the first time she drove mine it caught fire :facepalm: So I definitely ain’t gonna let her drive the next one :no:

Had taken delivery of it 5 days prior, I was making my way onto the forums again to check out everyone else’s JLs. It’s funny it took less than a day for the memes to start :clap:. I contacted JeepCare the same day and followed up 48 later. We have a case # now and they say its been “elevated”...
