I was just thinking mine was getting louder as the temperature was rising. Mine is noisy at any speed now. They say till it breaks they have no idea where it's from.

Well folks, another 2 day visit at the dealership. I'm getting so very frustrated with this. It may be time to lawyer up. At the very least FCA should advise there sales people to make the customer aware of this issue(full disclosure). I WOULD NOT have purchased a $68K Jeep had I known of this...

Damn, no I didn't notice that. Dealership still not saying anything to me. I believe they are frustrated as well and are hoping Jeep will have something to resolve this sooner than later. I get the impression I'm not the only customer complaining to them.

Fantastic job...thanks for posting this. I'll be sending this immediately over to the dealership. They have given up on finding the issue and told me to wait till something breaks. Hopefully this will help them correct it before the break happens.

So far warranty has been covering everything, but I'm wondering why JEEP/CHRYSLER hasn't put a hard stop yet until they have found the resolution. They must be paying out alot of senseless money when they themselves could take any new unit and tear it down themselves. Absolutely frustrating...

Update on mine....replaced front left hub and bearing. Noise still there

Nothing yet for me.... Dealership ordered a bunch of parts. Hopefully I'll hear from them next week.

Also...just wanna say, I as well as the technician and service advisor all think the noise is coming from the front.

Another appointment today....they disconnected the drive shaft to the rear diff, then put it in 4X4 to hear if the clunk noise was gone. Unfortunately they DIDN'T call me to road test and the service technician indicated that he didn't hear the noise prior or after trying. Let's just say in...

Just FYI for folks... my unit does this each morning when it is cool out. Once the Jeep warms up, it goes away. They are replacing the camera on warranty next week, but I have a feeling its the radio unit. If the cab is warm the camera works just fine.

Another visit today to the dealership...I now have 8400kms on it. The technician has no clue and they've asked that I contact JeepCares for advice.

It would really be nice to speak directly to an engineer at Chrysler about this.... anyone know how one might make this happen? I am going very frustrated with this issue and am worried that the longer it goes the more damage is happening to my NEW Jeep.
