They just told me that the part they ordered was wrong, again. So, they ordered the new part and it's going to take 3-5 days. They asked if I wanted to keep the rental car (Dodge Caravan) or use another loaner car.

Update: The dealership didn't end up changing the rails. After two hours, they told me they didn't have all of the parts. Looks like we're going to reschedule for the next couple weeks. Yeaaaaaaah....

I went to the dealership and they ordered new soft top rails for me through warranty. I'm finally getting them installed tomorrow. I guess they didn't have the parts available until now.

@Rhinebeck01 Got it. I tried to find the thread on here, but I couldn't find anything related to the frame. I'll take it to the dealership to try to get it replaced through the warranty. Hopefully they don't give me a hard time about it. Thanks for the help.
