Were the changes done pre-lease? Do they have to be changed back at lease end? Looks like you 'gave up' a $2200 option that you paid for....PLUS a $4K dealer markup? Why the markup? I was ordering a JLU in 2019/2020 and was getting 7% off of MSRP.

Awesome looking Rubicon- my favorite color combo. I am looking for a 2018 2 door/6 speed JL but, to be honest, I think it may be hard to see this number with so few options. This is just one man's opinion though. Regardless, I hope you get as much as you can. :)

I have no choice but to agree that I am 'not a candidate' but I would add that I am 'not a candidate' for a process that tolerates bad customer service. I have ordered MANY cars in my lifetime- Ford, BMW, Tesla, Porsche, etc....and have never been given such bad information and bad customer...

John- THANK YOU---this was EXACTLY my point. It is the miscommunication, dropped balls, unreturned calls (where they committed to get me a response in 24 hours, etc). that is my issue.

I think you are missing my main point. The point is that they have pushed me out at least 2 times so far and can give me no explanation why nor can they tell me if it really will be build in December. Even if it is, it will be, at best, 4 months+

From the time I started my order to the EARLIEST I will see it will be 5+ months. I need to move on.
