No difference in the pedal feel for me. The clutch engagement seems closer to the floor than the factory clutch. That took about 2 days to get used to, and I'm good with it now. The force to push the clutch pedal is the same to me.
Update: The 19A Clutch Recall on my 2018 JLUR was performed in Houston on January 24, 2024. In my opinion, the replacement is quite an improvement over the factory clutch. Shifts are now without grabbing and jerking upon letting out the clutch (much smoother shifts overall). Also, It seems...
If I did not ever rotate the tires on my 2018 JLUR, always ran on-road in 2 Wheel High, would the front tires or rear tires tread depth wear out faster? I understand the front tire "edges" would wear from turning, but just regarding tread depth, which would wear out first? Thank you.
My 2018 JLUR 6 speed manual goes into the shop on Monday, January 22, 2023, for the clutch recall. I have about 39,000 miles on it, and I have had no clutch issues except the pedal squeaks like crazy when used. I am in Houston, Texas and ordered (July 2018) and drove away (August 2018) my new...

Buy a can of evaporator cleaner with a hose. In the pictures, you can see the brand...
one option is to pick up a couple of tubular mounting brackets, and a piece of 1/4” thick license plate backing from eBay, and some stainless fasteners and mount similar to this. You will have some vertical variability if you drill some extra holes in the plastic backing and aluminum plate. I...
From birth in the late 1960s, I grew up in and around International Scouts, Travelalls, and pickups. Although IH stopped Scout production in 1980, we still had a Scout until the last day of 1993. So, I drive a Rubicon because it is the next best thing to a Scout ... "anything less is just a car."
Check out the pictures for a secure front license plate mount. I used an ABS plastic backing plate, stainless steel hardware from EBay, and then the following from Amazon:

Can someone tell me why the 4WD shifter needs to have such an angle built into it?
Would a straight 4WD shifter work as well?
I just think a straight 4WD shifter would look better.
Thank you.
