Your answer is yes it will rest on the 1x2... so what I did is just added 2 more 2x4s at the 60" mark and not only does it allow the top to rest on a solid place but it also adds support to the 1x2.

I took mine in the other day to get the update and after the update was done still no ORPs.... and they said they called Panasonic which I guess makes the radio and I was told they said they removed the app due to to many costumer complaints.....but yet the 2019s have it?????

DaveK, I went to the dealership and explained a different thread that said it was coming from the upper driver side speaker and they came back and said they got the approval from Chrysler to do the replacement of that speaker which took two and a half months to get because it was on backorder...
