Easy for me to say at this point, but I think it was and is definitely worth the wait. The roof is so nice after years of putting down and raising the top on my 2013 JK. I picked mine up Friday afternoon late and it is absolutely awesome.

Mine was delivered to dealership today. Salesman sent pics and verified roof was working great! I can’t make it to dealership until Friday afternoon for pickup.

And now I have an estimated delivery date.

Dealership texted that it has been approved for shipping but not scheduled. Jeep customer service followed up with email saying same thing. And now I’ve been notified that I actually have a sticker also! Finally some progress. Now all I need is for it to be shipped.

Above is my JeepGarage status - on a storage lot in Toledo, Ohio. Cannot get an answer from Jeep Customer Service, but my dealership is still saying first week of September; however, not a specific date and have not gotten a recent update.

I just got an update from my salesman at the dealership: “I talked to my manager he said its being shipped now it should be in by the 1st week of September” I sure hope this is correct. I’m currently driving a loaner from my friend that owns a Chevy dealership.

Checked again last night with Jeep Customer Service and got the same exact response as last week. See above.

I have not checked with Jeep customer service this week yet, but I checked with my dealer. They verified that it is still sitting in storage, but could get or give nothing more of an update. They said they were having trouble getting answers also. I will check back with Jeep at the end of...

No updates yet. They asked me to check back at the end of this week. I’m waiting as long as possible, hopefully allowing enough time for a good response. I’ll keep everyone in the loop when I have something new.
