I did not have that problem but I have a metalcloak 3.5 inch lift with adjustable steering stabilizer so those issues typically do not manifest because of the replacement of majority oem stock parts with that lift kit.

I experienced several instanced of momentary lockup (about 1/2 of sec or so) of the wheel while in a curve. I have 2019 JL Rubicon. It is very unpleasant. It has ~7500 miles.

that is good to know i paid taxes twice when i moved here, i bought a new car paid taxes in iowa and registered it and then when i registered here i had to pay taxes again. so what you're saying is some places will let you buy a car tax free, but when you reg you pay the tax. thats great!

CA goes after you with taxes and they will charge the difference in the rate in the purchased state, they do this to discourage people going out of state to buy cars and avoid taxes but they get you. Make sure the deal outweighs "Jerry's" bonus.
