Lol, yea I guess it is. But compared to the frame hole in my JK, this one is massive.

That nut is held in place by that nut holder, tab thing that hangs below the frame. They wouldn't need access to it via that big hole.

Can anyone explain the logic in putting a massive hole in the Jeep frame located just behind the front tires? To me this seems like a place that will see all the dirt and mud and winter slush and rain for years to come and funnel it right down into the frame where it will sit and hold moisture...
