I’ve tried the lawyer route too. It would cost more to go through the process than replacing the unit! I have, however, submitted my info to classaction.org as others have done as well.
That’s typically the progression, good luck and I hope it doesn’t get worse for you but my advice is start researching the fix now so when (if) the ghost gets in, you’ll be prepared!
