I have the clock in the upper left, range in the center, and trip indicator on the right, reset at refueling. I can't drop the seat low enough to see the top center info without moving my head in any case.
As an aside, I reliably get 17.5-18 mpg, based on actual math at refueling, the vehicle...
I got my first wave as I was waiting to turn left back into the dealer from taking my first test drive. I was already hooked, I really liked the way the JL drove, but that wave from that anonymous Jeeper felt like a welcome into a community.
Between the two, I went with the Rubicon for primarily cost reasons. There isn't any added value for the "performance" bumper - if it included a winch mount (the purpose of this thread) then the value would have been there.
The Rubicon bumper also comes with LED fog lights, where the...
Just my own experience, of course, but the "dual zone climate control" isn't an option I would have paid extra for. I think I end up fiddling with settings more than I did on my 1991 Toyota truck that just had a "heat" lever and a fan knob.
So far, at least, I am really happy with my OEM KO2s, and when it's time to replace, they will be the tire to beat.
"All Terrain" of course is always going to be a compromise, so your decision should consider your primary driving. For example, in Chicago you might want to more strongly weigh...
Yeah, I realized that as soon as I posted the (now edited) response. What others said.
That bring said, since you are going to drop the front shaft anyway to change out your axle, it can't hurt to do that ahead of time and be 1000% certain that nothing engages. But I fully admit I am a big fan...
That's a good idea, and they don't look TOO terrible in your photos, plus nobody else makes any competing product, which is why I am torn. There was an awesome Molle version available for the JK, IIRC, but for us, this is the only real game in town for metal unless you have your own brake and...
Honestly, if those didn't have the huge logo cutout I would have them. It is one of those over-the-top logos that just keeps me from buying an otherwise good product. Yeah, I know, it's me, not them, but, it's me.
Get the radios (GMRS / ham) installed and working.
Get the air compressor to the point where it is useable to actually inflate tires.
Get the Jeep off the pavement.
New bumper so I can install the winch that is still in the box in my basement. (Which will probably drive me to do something to...
