If you look back on this thread… Easiest way is to drill through the inside of the hardtop to access the broken bolt/stud. The use a plastic automotive cap, sold on Amazon, eBay, etc to plug the hole.

my issues turned about to be ejectors I believe. Tried Lucas cleaner and it got better. Then Seafoam and it decreased to almost nothing. Just occasionally under strain. I decided to sell the Rubi due to this and other annoying issues.

Don’t agree there. Wear items are not a design flaw. Bad maintenance isn’t a design flaw. An item designed to give 50000+ hours of use yet has a history of premature failure is a design flaw
