Installed a Teraflex spare tire re-locator on my Sahara and set it to the largest tire size, and have a bunch of clearance now, but still can't quite flip up the rack to even the angled setting. So I buried the hitch in the receiver, and can now easily drop the rack and open the rear tailgate...

Thanks for the recomnedation, but I want to keep things simple without $300+ add ons. Also not a fan of Kuat, I returned a Transfer V2 before i had the 1up. The tire holder popped loose a half dozen times. After the first few I started strapping the wheels down with Velcro, not impressed.
Got my Super Duty 1up double rack last week and it is a tight fit with my offset (my spare sticks out roughly 1.5" away from the tailgate) aftermarket rims and stock size Rubicon BF Goodrich TA's. I have a 2018 JLU Sahara with factory installed tow package.
The rack is inserted to the minimum...
Excellent condition inside and out, No accidents, non smoking vehicle, fully loaded, leather interior, LED head/tail lights, tow package, Premium Alpine Navigation sound system, Roam side steps, Mountains Off Road Front/Transmission/oil pan, transfer case skid plates, dead pedal, Micky Thompson...
Thanks for the recommendation. The ride height is fine, it just squats and dips way too much under acceleration and turns. I'll see if HB have a core program, I don't really want to have any downtime...
