Anyone know if wranglers take the train to chapman or are they just trucked?
I took delivery of Ram from them last month after a 6 month wait and the experience was great. Price protected my truck with an over 7k difference!
Shocks, springs and control arms from a 4dr Rubi. Taken off at about 2500 miles. Think I have the track bar, drag link and tie rod too if you need.
Thx
Still love em and have no buyers remorse. I'll snap a pic when I head out in a few. I think I have the settings pretty locked in but they're sooo easy to adjust I play around with them every once in a while..
From the NE here..im running 37" Trail Grapplers which have proven pretty good on 3 past vehicles. handled last winter without issues. So for me, my winter setup consists of removing my tuffy trunk and swapping the st for the ht.
Enjoy your new rubi!
19 JLU Rubi auto here, with a heavy 37" wheel and tire setup. I'm in hilly NJ and never got into 8th on the highway at 75 or so. She would hunt between 6th and 7th. I went 5.13's and wouldn't change it for a thing. I was averaging 15-16 mpg before the gears and it didn't seem to change much...
wheels and tires SOLD
Rubi takeoff suspension and Rubi rails still available
- Also have full Rubi takeoff suspension - $300
- Also have rubi rails - $100
quick q. can anyone confirm that the carrier will adjust in enough so that my 12.5 wide trail grappler on a mr106 (which only has 3.5 inches of backspace) can be pressed against the carrier arm so it won't move? the setup I'm running now won't pull in enough so the tire doesn't make contact...
I ran both MC and RK on JK's I had and will say both were great. Current setup on my JLU is an RK X factor 2.5 with OME BP51's and she rides fantastic!! Wouldnt change a thing!

No advice as far as the install goes except to ask if you got the reservoir brackets, you can see them in my pic. I’ll also post my current settings for you when I get home.
Im running them with a Rock Krawler X-Factor 2.5 and I really like it. I have the compression set on the softer side and I'm still playing with the rebound. I'm 90% there but really loving the adjustability. After about 5000 miles I wouldn't change a thing.

I did it with the bumper still on. In hindsight it would have been much easier to get to and secure the nuts behind the lights if it was removed. I ended up using the painters tape on the socket to reach in from behind.

I researched a solution to the terrible reverse light situation on the JL for a few months and settled on the flush mount Rigid Ignites after seeing @SSVi installation. Huge improvement and I highly recommend!!!
